Wellen Zhang received his LL.B. in International Economic Law from Zhongnan University of Economic and Law and LLM. in Herfordshire of University in UK. Mr. Zhang has been practiced as a lawyer since 1993. He is a lawyer, director and partner in Hye Law Firm in Beijing .
